On January 10, 2024, after Hunter Biden made a surprise appearance at the House Oversight Committee hearing marking up a resolution to hold him in contempt for defying a deposition subpoena, Mace directed these remarks at him from the dais:

"You are the epitome of white privilege. Coming into the Oversight Committee, spitting in our face, ignoring a congressional subpoena to be deposed… What are you afraid of? You have no balls to come up here."

Mace also called for Biden to be "arrested right here, right now, and go straight to jail."
