CNN's KFile editor Andy Kaczynski asked on X: "What exactly does Nancy Mace think all gender means?" Democratic activist Timothy Bellman wrote: "Just the most genital obsessed member of Congress making sure everyone knows they're obsessed with other people's genitals."
